Profile
Traveling is always a special moment when one’s eyes and heart are earnestly open to the world.
The part I love the most about being a guide is that I get to touch people’s lives in these special moments.
It is as much a privilege as it is a huge responsibility.
Born and raised in south-east France where I spent my childhood kayaking and skiing in the French Alps, I first came to Tokyo in 1999 as an exchange student. I have been living in Japan for half of my life, but I discovered Okinawa in 2021 and immediately fell in love. I moved here with a new life mission: Help people around the World discover the "Beautiful Island" and its people in a manner that would benefit communities, preserve the culture and regenerate nature.
Adventure Tourism, and sabani fishermen boats came out as the most natural way to reach that goal.
I currently operate as a local guide, marine activities instructor, photographer, writer, and founded Okinawa Adventure Guide, a sabani traditional boat tours company in the south of Okinawa's main island.
