Your sabani tour begins at Itoman's Sabani base, where you meet your local guide and get an introduction to the history of Okinawan fishing boats. The experience starts with a bit of paddling before raising the sail to experience the ancestral connection of fishermen and the elements. Depending on the weather, the tour includes a visit to an uninhabited sacred island for a quiet moment, or a refreshing dip in the blue waters of Itoman's"ino".
